Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Jeff Murray.  I along with my bride, Julie, and twin sons, Will and Mac, own Chapin Pet Lodge which we bought from my parents, Allen and Vernell Murray.  Chapin Pet Lodge has been in the pet boarding business since 1987.

It is our goal to give our clients the best pet boarding experience that they desire and hope that if you or your pet have any questions, that you PLEASE let me know.  Many of the policies that we use here at CPL are because of years of experience with associations such as The Pet Care Services Association, the Better Business Bureau and Chapin Chamber of Commerce among many others.  The main people that have helped us is our clients!!  Thanks to comments through the years and a genuine caring drive to be the best pet boarding facility in South Carolina.  We still ask for your thoughts and comments.

Since I bought the kennel from Mom and Pop, I've started a couple of new incentives to hopefully help us out here and help you, our client.  The biggest is our referral program.  I realized that I don't want just any client, I want a client like you.  So, from now on, if you tell anyone about CPL and they come in and make a reservation, you get $15.00 off of your next reservation for each new client you send us and the new client gets $5.00 off of their first visit.  The next is a $1.00 discount per day for military personnel and FREE boarding for anyone in the military who have been sent anywhere in the world due to war time.

I have also taken the extra step to educate each of our employees through the PCSA EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM.  This is a program put on by the Pet Care Services Association in an effort to better educate the staff of any and all problems that may occur.

With all of this in mind, it's your turn.  Please let us know if you don't understand a bill or you went home with a dirty bed or if you have ANY questions about your stay here at Chapin Pet Lodge.  It is my understanding that a client will not say anything about that toy missing or the food that you thought would last longer among many other little items of interest that, well, seem a tad picky.  STOP RIGHT THERE!!!!  It IS the little things I want to hear about because several little things turn into big things.  I prefer to deal with little things.
